What we do for you:
Bright and early, before sunrise, on the designated Saturday morning we put up signs pointing to your street and to your home. You don't have to find cardboard to make signs, stay up late taping them to posts, or worry about the signs being torn down. All you have to do is coordinate getting your items out of the house and garage and setting up your sale! We honestly believe that the signs are the biggest hassle of the whole thing...that's why we take it off your shoulders.
Once all the signs have been set-up we run to get fresh donuts. The best part of our day is handing over fresh donuts to the participants who have signed up. If your neighbor wants to participate, make sure they call or email us by using the easy contact form right here on the website, so we can also give them donuts.
Usually we come back to take down all of the signs around 2 pm or 3pm. We find that most people are burnt out by about noon, but some folks are serious about their clean out. If you want to close up before we come back for the signs, no problem. Just close up your sale and leave the signs in place. We will make sure they are taken care of.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Zero. Zip. Nada. No obligation. No hassles. No telemarketing phone calls! This is a community service we provide at NO COST to you, our neighbors. However, of course, if you are thinking of selling your home, we would love to talk to you.
